基层医院推广显微白内障复明手术的研究

摘　　要：目的研究在基层医院推广显微白内障复明手术的方法及效果。方法治疗组为在基层医院开展的白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术,对照组为同期眼科医院开展的同术式手术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果脱盲率治疗组为97.7%,对照组为98.5%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.003,P=0.959);脱残率治疗组为66.9%,对照组为87.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.728,P=0.000)。结论在基层医院推广显微白内障复明手术切实可行,但估算法植入人工晶体效果低于计算法。Objective To investigate the method and efficacy of cataract microsurgery applied in primary hospital. Methods Patients with cataract in treatment group （group A） received extracapsular extraction and intraocular lens implantation in the primary hospital and simultaneously control group （ group B） received tile same surgery in ophthalmological hospital. The results were recorded so as to estimate the efficacy. Results The off-blindness rate showed no statistical significance （X^2 = 0. 003, P = 0. 959） between group A （97. 7% ） and B （98. 5% ）. However, significant difference was present （X^2 = 15.728, P = 0. 000） in vision recovery rate between group A （66. 9% ） and B （87.40%）. Conclusion Cataract microsurgery was proved applicable in primary hospital,but the efficacy of intraocular lens implantation with estimation method was lower than that with calculation methods.
