短暂脑缺血发作患者血小板膜糖蛋白的变迁

摘　　要：目的：观察短暂脑缺血发作（ＴＩＡ）患者血小板颗粒膜糖蛋白ＧＭＰ－１４０，ＧＰ５３的变化及其临床意义。方法：用流式细胞术，以单克隆抗体作分子探针，检测了１５例单纯型ＴＩＡ和１１例梗塞型ＴＩＡ患者血小板ＧＭＰ－１４０，ＧＰ５３的阳性表达率，并与２０名健康人作对照。结果：梗塞型ＴＩＡ组，ＧＭＰ－１４０，ＧＰ５３阳性率显著高于单纯型ＴＩＡ组和健康对照组（Ｐ＜００１～０００５），但后两组比较无显著差异。梗塞型ＴＩＡ组在发生梗塞后，其阳性率较梗塞前进一步升高（Ｐ＜００１）。结论：动态监测ＴＩＡ患者的ＧＭＰ－１４０，ＧＰ５３，有助于预测ＴＩＡ的发展趋势。对血小板活化率较高的ＴＩＡ患者，可视为血栓前状态。Objective:To observe the change of GMP-140,GP53 on platelets in patients with TIA and its clinical significance.Methods:The positive expresion rates of GMP-140,GP53 on platelets were measured by flow cytometry in 15 patients with single type of TIA and 11 aptients with infarction type of TIA,and 20 healthy controls.Results:In infarction type TIA group,the positive rates of GMP-140,GP53 were significantly higher than those in single type TIA group (P<001) and control group (P<0005) respectively,but there was no significant difference between the later two groups.In the infarction type TIA group,the positive rates of GMP-140,GP53 after infarction were higher than those in before infarction group (P<001).Conclusions:Dynamic monitor of the GMP-140,GP53 on platelets in patients with TIA was benefit to prophesying the tendancy of TIA.The high platelet activity rates in the patients with TIA could be looked as prethrombus state,needing active treatment.
