摘　　要：报道用下斜肌后徙前移治疗分离性垂直偏斜１０例（２０只眼），介绍了手术适应证和手术方法，对手术原则、步骤以及术式的改进方法做了讨论。10 cases (20 eyes) of DVD were treated with anterier transposition of the inferior obligue; the indications and the surgical produces and the surgica principle were described. The modification of the surgica procedures was also discussed.
