摘　　要：为了对山洪灾害防治规划工作提供理论依据,通过建立辽宁省山洪地质灾害的研究方法,确立了基本技术标准,给出了研究步骤。据此开展了山洪地质灾害区划研究、山洪地质灾害分布规律研究、山洪地质灾害特点分析、山洪地质灾害成因分析,给出了山洪地质灾害防治规划建议。研究成果可为山洪灾害的合理防治规划、减少相应灾害损失、合理利用土地、保护环境提供重要理论依据。To provide a theoretical basis for mountain flood disasters prevention planning, the article establishes the research methods for Liaoning Province mountain flood geological disasters, and establishes the basic technology standards, gives the study steps, and then the planning advice of mountain flood disasters is given by studying the area division of mountain flood disasters prevention, distribution law of mountain flood disasters, characteristics of mountain flood disasters and the analyses of the cause of mountain flood disasters. The study results provide a scientific base for the corresponding planning of mountain flood disasters , reduction of disaster losses, rational use of land, and environmental protection.
