摘  要:粒子群优化(Particle Swarm Optimization,PSO)算法是一种基于群体智能的启发式全局优化技术。本文首先介绍了粒子群优化算法的基本原理,给出了算法实现的基本步骤、多种改进形式以及研究现状;其次分析了电力系统无功优化的特点,并对PSO算法在无功优化中的应用做了相应的论述。由于电力系统无功优化是一具多变量、多约束、非线性的组合优化问题,使得PSO算法在电力系统无功优化方面具有广泛的应用前景。Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is a heuristic global optimization technology based on swarm intelligence. Firstly, the principle and process of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm are introduced by this paper. Some kind of improved versions of PSO and research situation are also presented. Secondly, the characteristic of the reactive power optimization in power system and the application of PSO on reactive optimization are given. Finally, the applied prospect of PSO on reactive optimization is pointed out since the reactive power optimization in power system is a typical combination optimization problem with multi-objective, multi-constrained and non-linear.
