摘　　要：分析了混凝土泵工作原理和混凝土泵主油缸压力特性。基于中值滤波原理编写了Matlab滤波程序,对混凝土泵压力测量信号进行滤波。结果表明:采用中值滤波可以有效去除混凝土泵主油缸压力测量信号中的噪声,能明显改善信噪比。The working principle and the pressure in the master cylinder of concrete pump were analyzed. The filtering program written with Matlab based on the median filter was designed, and the concrete pump pressure sampling signal was filtered. The filtering result indicates that by using the median filter the pressure sampling signal in the master cylinder of the concrete pump can be separated effectively from the noise, and the SNR can be improved evidently.
