摘　　要：介绍了控制器设计中采用控制软件组态技术,使用了符合IEC61131-3的编程语言软件,可根据用户的控制方案编辑、编译生成目标代码,通过以太网接口下载到具有在应用编程功能的微控制器LPC2292的片内256KB的FLASH中;还研究了在应用编程程序中出错处理的方法,以将控制程序正确烧入片内FLASH中,并在样机中调试成功。为提高可靠性,应用了冗余控制技术,通过LVDS接口,将控制器和冗余控制器相连,相互在线监测。Configuration of control software was introduced. Programming language software which accords with IEC61131-3 was developed. Target code which is developed by programming language software was downloaded into the inner 256KB FLASH which has In-Application programming technology of LPC2292 through Ethernet. Fault treatment must be done in the In-Application program when downloading the target codes into the inner FLASH. Some primary study was carried out. Some primary program was worked out and experimented successfully. Redundancy control technology was introduced to improve the system＇ s reliability. The controller and the redundancy controller are inspecting each other through LVDS interface.
