摘  要:"平行志愿"改革符合高考招生制度改革对于公平、公正、合理等核心价值的追求,其基本方向值得肯定。但"平行志愿"改革也可能会助长公众的惟分数论倾向,加速高校之间的等级分化,强化中小学教育的应试倾向,甚至引发一些新的社会敏感问题。因而需要理性审视"平行志愿"改革,科学防范其负面效应的过度释放,做好改革方案的科学规划和设计,科学地评价改革效果,注重推广的条件建设,树立务实作风。The innovation of parallel applications for universities and colleges conforms in the spirit that the systemic reform of college entrance examination and admission pursuits fairness, justness and rationality. The basic orientation of innovation should be affirmed. However, the adoption of parallel applications system may also contribute to a simply score- oriented public inclination, speeding up the classification of colleges and universities, tightening the tendency of exam-oriented education in primary and secondary schools, and even triggering new sensitive social issues. Therefore, it is necessary to have a rational view toward the innovation, and to avoid the excessive release of its negative effects. It is also important to have a scientific planning and design for the innovation, to establish a scientific approach for evaluation of its effect, to focus on the construction of the basic conditions for extending the innovation and to create a pragmatic atmosphere.
