摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的快速发展,高等教育改革步伐的进一步加快,传统高校学生工作中的管理观念、管理方式和管理体制已很难适应发展形势的需要。因此,高校必须确立"以人为本、德育为先、依法治校、管理现代化"的理念,落实科学发展观,不断加强对管理主体、管理方法、管理体制、管理队伍等方面的改革与创新,与时俱进,开创高校学生管理工作的新局面。With the development of economy and society in China, the higher education reform progresses rapidly. The management idea, management way and the management system in traditional university student supervisory work are very difficult to meet the development situation. Therefore, the university must establish the idea of ＂Humanist, Moral Education First, Complying with Laws, Management Modernization＂. We should carry out scientific development view, strengthen the reform and the innovation of main management body, management way, management system, and management team reforms. We should keep pace with the times in order to initiate new phases for university student supervisory work.
