摘  要:目的探讨PCNA表达和DNA倍体在膀胱移行细胞癌中的临床意义及相关性。方法分别应用免疫组化(SP)法和流式细胞术对60例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及10例正常膀胱组织进行PCNA蛋白检测和DNA倍体分析。结果(1)膀胱移行细胞癌中PCNA的阳性表达率和DNA异倍体率均明显高于正常膀胱组织(P<0.01);(2)随着膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级、临床分期的增高,PCNA阳性表达率和DNA异倍体率均明显升高(P<0.05);(3)在膀胱移行细胞癌中,PCNA阳性表达率和DNA异倍体率呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论PCNA阳性表达率和DNA异倍体率与膀胱癌的发生、发展及预后密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression of PCNA and DNA ploidy in Bladder Transitional Carcinoma and their relativity. Methods The immunohistochemistry(SP method) was used to determine the expression of PCNA in 60 cases of BTCC and 10 normal bladder tissues. At the same time the flow cytometry was used to determine DNA ploidy. Results The positive expression rates of PCNA and rates of DNA heteroploid in BTCC were significantly higher than normal bladder tissue(P 〈 0. 01 ). The positive expression rates of PCNA and rates of DNA heteroploid increased significantly with increasing pathological grade and clinical stage (P 〈 0. 05). There was a positive relativity between the expression rates of PCNA and rates of DNA heteroploid(P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions The positive expression rates of PCNA and rates of DNA heteroploid are closely associated with tumorigenesis, progress and prognosis of BTCC.
