学风变差的原因及扭转措施探析

摘　　要：高校学风好坏对学生素质能力及和谐社会建设有着重要影响。本文分别从家庭、个人、社会、学校几方面分析了影响学风的原因,提出了培养良好的学风应从思想教育、管理制度、教师引导、解决实际问题几方面着手。Style of study in college has an important influence on students＇all-round development and harmonious society construction. This paper gives an annlysis of learning style from the viewpoits of family, individual, society and college. It also puts forward some countermeasures about how to improvethe style.
