摘　　要：Netmeeting作为一种新兴的技术进入教育领域，给教育事业注入了新的血液，带来了新的活力和生机，必定对教育教学有极其重要的作用。本文从分析它所具有的功能出发，探讨其相应地解决了现实教学中存在的一些问题。任何事物都有两面性，因此它也存在一些问题和不足，有待改进。NetMeeting is a new technology into the field of education, injecting new blood to the cause of education. It brought a new vitality and energy and will have an extremely important role of education and teaching. Based on the analysis of the function, it is starting to explore the corresponding solution to the problems that exist in the reality of teaching. Anything, there are two sides, it can also exist some problems and inadequate room for improvement.
