摘 要:根据牛顿冷却定律和能量守恒定律,提出电涡流缓速器转子盘的热平衡方程。设定电涡流缓速器转子盘吸热和散热的平衡条件,推导出转子盘换热系数与电涡流缓速器制动力矩、转速和转子盘稳定温度的关系。拟订试验条件,测试了不同电涡流缓速器制动力情况下转子盘稳定温度的数据,并根据这些数据和汽车参数,拟合出了转子盘换热系数和车速的关系。结果表明,转子盘换热系数与车速的拟合关系简单明确,适合在工程实践中应用。According to the Newton cooling law and the law of conservation of energy, the heat balance equation of eddy-current retarder rotor plate were put forward. Assumed the balance of decalescence and heat discharging of the rotor plate,the relation between the rotor plate heat exchanging coefficient and the retarder braking torque, rotor plate rotating speed and the steady temperature of the rotor plate was deduced. The experimental conditions are drawn out to test the steady temperature of the retarder rotor plate under different braking force, with which and vehicle parameters the relation between the rotor plate heat exchanging coefficient and the automobile velocity. The result shows that the fitted relation is simple and definitude,and suitable to be applied in the engineering practice.
