胃康方结合三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎HP感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察胃康方结合三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎HP感染的疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法采用胃康方结合三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎HP感染40例为治疗组,并与三联疗法组30例对照。两组均治疗1个月、观察临床症状和HP改善情况。结果治疗组在改善胃胀及嘈杂两项症状上临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组的HP根除率分别为90.00%与86.67%(P>0.05)。结论胃康方结合三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎HP感染具有较好的疗效;其作用机制可能与中药直接抗HP、保护胃黏膜、增强机体免疫力以及对胃肠的协调等作用有关。Objective To probe into the action mechanism of treating chronic gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori according to effectiveness of ＂Weikang Decoction＂. Methods ＂Weikang Decoction＂ was applied in treating 40 patients. For the purpose of contrast west medicine was applied in treating 30 patients. We observed some indications of two groups before and after the treatment （clinical symptoms, infection of Helicobacter pylori）. Results The clinical effectiveness of Weikang group was superior to that of west medicine group in the improvement of gastric distention and gastric upset. There was no difference between two groups in Helicobacter pylori eradication. Conclusion ＂Weikang Decoction＂ had a good clinical effect on chronic gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori. The mechanism of treatment maybe lies in the following aspects： pure Chinese medicine can directly restrain Helicobacter pylori, protect gastric mucosa, develop immunity of organism, adjust the function of intestines and stomach and so on,
