摘 要:研究了麦胚对大白鼠血清中游离脂肪酸组成及胆固醇含量的影响。结果表明,食用含麦胚饲料的大白鼠血清中亚油酸含量明显增加;肉豆蔻酸含量降低;棕榈酸2wk时含量增加,4wk时恢复到实验前水平;游离胆固醇含量与实验前及对照组相比有明显降低。说明麦胚对改善血清中游离脂肪酸组成、降低胆固醇含量有显著作用。The effects of wheat germ on the improvement of compositions of free fatty acids and the de-scent of free cholesterol, which will antagonize atheroscleorsis in rat serum, were studied. The resultsshowed that the contents of linoleic acid in serum of rats which were bred with forage containing wheatgerm increased obviously, whereas the contents of myristic acid decreased. After two weeks, the con-tents of palmitic acid arose, but restored to non-treated level in another two weeks, The contents offree cholesterol in rat serum decreased obviously in contrast to those of the control or the non-treatedgroup, which demonstrated that wheat germ could improve the composition of free fatty acid and low-er the contents of free cholesterol in rat serum obviously.
