摘 要:对汽车零部件电泳涂装前处理常见的问题(如通道抽风不良、输送故障及串槽等)进行了分析。指出通道抽风不良易导致槽体温度升高、湿度增大,从而造成工件锈蚀;输送故障的发生导致工件在磷化槽中停留时间过长,使工件表面产生浮膜;表调槽串槽会导致磷化游离酸降低,磷化沉渣增多。提出了相应的解决措施。Common problems existing in pretreatment of automobile components and parts for electrophoresis coating, such as poor ventilation, transportation trouble and drag-out from one bath to another, were analyzed. It was noted that workpiece become rusted because of channel's bad ventilation, which leads to tank body's temperature and humidity increase; floating film is formed on the surface as a result of transportation trouble, bringing about a long time resting of workpiece in phosphating tank; low content of free acid in phosphating bath and more residue formation during phosphating because of drag-out from the tank containing surface conditioning agent to phosphating tank. Their corresponding solutions were presented.
