老年男性胃癌患者睾酮水平与CEA-mRNA相关分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同睾酮水平老年男性胃癌患者外周血CEA-mRNA与CEA蛋白水平差异。方法选择老年男性胃癌患者60例,根据睾酮水平分为睾酮低下组与睾酮正常组,分析两组胃癌患者发病部位、临床分期以及Brrmann分型差异,并检测所有患者外周血CEA-mRNA与CEA蛋白水平。结果睾酮低下组与睾酮正常组老年男性胃癌患者发病部位,临床分期以及Brrmann分型差异不显著(P>0.05)。睾酮低下组患者相比睾酮正常组患者,外周血CEA-mRNA阳性率高(P<0.05),CEA蛋白水平差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论睾酮低下老年胃癌患者容易出现外周血微转移。Objective To observe the effects of serum androgen level on the expression of CEA - mRNA in senile male patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods There 60 senile male patients with gastric earcinoma were divided into low level androgen group and normal level androgen group. The clinical features of all patients in two group, such as invasion position, clinical stages and Brrmann category , were all investigated. The serum level of CEA - mRNA and CEA were detected too. Results The clinical feature （such as invasion position distribution, clinical stages and Brrmann category） between the low level androgen group and the normal level androgen group were not significantly different （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The positive rate of CEA - mRNA in patients of the low level androgen group were higher than that of the normal level androgen group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive rates of serum CEA in patients of the low level androgen group and the normal level androgen group were not signifieanly different （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The peripheral blood mierometastasis easily occur to the senile male gastric carcinoma patients with lower level of serum androgen.
