HPLC法测定三十六味消渴胶囊中靛玉红的含量

摘　　要：目的建立三十六味消渴胶囊中的靛玉红的HPLC测定方法。方法以靛玉红对照品作对照,采用HPLC法测定三十六味消渴胶囊中的靛玉红含量。色谱柱:依利特色谱柱C18 Sino Chrom ODS-BP5μm(4.6mm.I.D.×200mm);检测波长:280nm;流动相:0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液-甲醇(22:78);柱温:40℃;进样量:10μl,采用外标法。结果在优化色谱条件下,三十六味消渴胶囊中的靛玉红线性范围0.02148～0.5370μg,r=0.9997,回归方程为:A=4783.6449C-24.4227,含量测定的回收率为:98.18%,RSD=0.89%。结论所建立的方法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,适用于对三十六味消渴胶囊中的靛玉红含量的测定。Objective To established a high performance liquid chromatography for determination of indirubin content. Methods The indirubin in Sanshiliuwei Xiaoke capsule was determined with HPLC. According to Litt C18 padding： Sino-Chrom ODS - BP 5μm; SIZE ：4.6mm. I. D.×200mm; the wavelength was 280nm ; 0.02mol/L Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate - Disodium hydrogen methanol（ 22：78 ） as the mobil phase. Results The range of curves of indirubin was 0.02148-0.5370μg in sanshiliuwei xiaoke capsule, r = 0.9997, Regression equation was A = 4783.6449C -24.4227, The recovery of determination was 98.18% ,the RSD was 0.89%. Conclusion The method is special, simple and convenient, the result is accurrate and reproducible, it is suitable for the determination of indirubin of the Sanshiliuwei Xiaoke Capsule.
