摘  要:目的:探讨《金匮要略》本科临床教学法,从而促进临床教学改革。方法:选择具有典型性、代表性及实际意义的病例形成病例摘要,让学生查找参考资料,参与讨论。结果:病案讨论教学法缩短了课堂与临床的距离,有利于贯彻理论联系实际的原则。增强了学生的参与意识,有利于贯彻启发性原则。有助于培养学生自学能力。有利于培养学生临床思维能力。有利于提高教师教学水平。结论:病案讨论式教学法能提高学生的学习兴趣,活跃课堂气氛,强化知识应用能力,有助于实现培养有创造力的实用型中医临床人才的目标。Objective : To investigate the effect of case -discussing teaching- method in post- graduated practice lesson of Golden Cabinet. Methods : Composing the abstract via choosing the typical, representative cases. Students search the relative materials and participate the discussion. Results ; Case -discussing teaching method is benefit: to fulfill linking theory with practice and shorten the distance between class and clinic. To arouse inspiration and strengthen the participate sense of students. Cultivate both self- teaching ability and clinical thinking ability of students. Enhance the teaching level of teacher. Conclusion : Case - discussing teaching method increase the study interesting of students, enliven the class atmosphere, consolidate application of knowledge which is beneficial to achieve to cultivate talent with creativity and practicality for Chinese Medical.
