复方中药对S180荷瘤鼠免疫器官超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方中药对S180荷瘤鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将55,52或60只小鼠随机分为5组,各组动物于右臀部皮下接种S180细胞悬液(2×107mL-1)0.2mL/只,对3组S180荷瘤鼠用高(0.5g/mL)、中(0.25g/mL)和低(0.125g/mL)浓度复方中药溶液灌胃,同时设阴性对照组和阳性对照组,计算脾和胸腺系数,同时采用电镜观察荷瘤鼠脾和胸腺淋巴细胞增殖情况。结果:高、中及低浓度复方中药均可提高S180荷瘤小鼠脾和胸腺系数,促进脾和胸腺淋巴细胞增殖,且以高和中浓度治疗组较明显;同时可见用药后小鼠食欲略有改善,体重增加。结论:复方中药可通过提高S180荷瘤鼠免疫功能而达到抑瘤作用。Objective ：To investigate the effect of Fu- Fang- Zhong- Yao on the immunologic function of Slsomouse sarcoma. Methods ：We divided 55,52 or 60 mice into 5 groups. The 2 107 S180 cells were resuspended in 0.2mL PBS solution and were injected subcutaneously into the tight haunch of mice. The mice beating Slsosareoma in three groups were administrated with Fu- Fang- Zhong- Yao with doses of high （0.5g/mL）, middle（0.25g/mL） and low （0. 125g/mL） by gavage. Positive and negative control groups were set up. We calculated the index of spleen and thymus and detected the spleen and thymus lymphocyte proliferation ability by electron microscope. Results ： Fu - Fang - Zhong - Yao can increase the index of spleen and thymus, spleen and thymus lymphocyte proliferation ability, and the high and middle dose group are better than the low group. We also found that the appetite of mice was improved and the weight increased. Conclusion ： Fu - Fang - Zhong - Yao has significantly inhibitory effect on S180 mouse sarcoma by improving immunologic function.
