温阳健脾法对脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎血清表皮生长因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳健脾法对脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎血清表皮生长因子水平的影响。方法:共64例,符合脾虚证诊断者为治疗组30例,不符合脾虚证诊断者为对照组34例,对治疗组采用温阳健脾法治疗。两组治疗前后分别测定血清表皮生长因子水平。结果:与治疗前相比,两组的表皮生长因子均有明显下降(P<0.05)其中治疗组的下降值更多,但与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:温阳健脾法对脾虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎血清表皮生长因子水平有显著影响。Objective ： To observe the law Wenyang Jianpi spleen deficiency chronic atrophic gastritis serum epidermal growth factor levels. Methods ： A total 64 cases, with the spleen deficiency syndrome diagnosis, treatment group 30 cases, do not meet those, spleen deficiency syndrome diagnosis for the control group of 34 cases, the treatment group used Wenyang Jianpi Treatment. The two groups were measured before and after treatment serum levels of epidermal growth factor. Results ： Compared with before treatment, the two groups of epidermal growth factor significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） decrease of the value of the treatment group more, but compared with the control group had no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Wenyang Jianpi method spleen deficiency chronic atrophic gastritis serum levels of epidermal growth factor significantly affected.
