摘  要:目的:从《伤寒论》结胸证治的提示,探讨祛痰逐水法对大鼠内毒素性急性肺损伤(ALI)的影响。方法:脂多糖诱发ALI,随机分为5组,即模型组、十枣汤组、三物白散组、大陷胸汤组和空白对照组。检测大鼠肺组织湿干比、血清TNF-α以及组织病理学。结果:模型组肺组织湿干比高于药物干预组和空白组(P<0.05);血清TNF-α模型组也明显高于药物组和空白组(P<0.05);组织病理学损害药物组也较模型组轻。结论:祛痰逐水法能减轻实验性急性肺损伤大鼠的损伤。Objective. to study theprotective effect of eliminating phlegm and fluid - purging exercise on acute lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharide in rats. Methods: All models of rats were reproduced by injecting lipopilysaccharide into the vein. 40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups : LPS group, control group, Shizaotang treatment group, Sanwubaisan treatment group and Daxianxiongtang treatment group. Tumor necrosis factor α (TNF -α) level in serum,and W/D were measured, respectively. Results: (TNF-α) level in serum is higher in LPS group than those in the control group ( all P 〈 0.05 ). The pathologic changes of lung tissue under microscope in control group were higherthan those in LPS group. Conclusion: It is suggested that qutanzhushui fang can protect the lung of experimental ALI model.
