摘　　要：目的：观察巴曲酶在急性脑梗死中的治疗作用。方法：对60例急性脑梗死患者给予标准疗程的巴曲酶治疗,评定治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分,血液流变学指标。结果：于治疗开始后14天,患者的神经功能缺损明显改善;血液流变学指标也得到显著改善（P〈0.05）。结论：巴曲酶能改善、减轻急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度和血液流变学,是治疗急性脑梗死较理想的药物。Objective：To investigate effect of batroxobin for acte cerebral infarction. Methods：Standard courses of batroxobin were given for 60 patients with cerebral infarction,scandinavian stroke scale, hemorheology and therapeutic effect were assessed before and after. Result：Scandinavian stroke scales were obviously improved after 14 days; Hemorheologys were also changed markedly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Batroxobin can improve and alleviate neuronal deficits and alleviate neuronal deficits and hemorheology of patients with acute cerebral infarction, it is a better ideal drug for ones.
