摘　　要：目的：探讨床旁超声导下清除宫腔内残留物清宫术的临床价值。方法：运用床旁超声引导下对59例宫腔内残留物清宫术的结果统计研究。结果：59例在超声监测引导下行清宫术,56例一次成功,1例因残留物时间过长并粘连而无法清静,共行3次清宫,2例因子宫过度后倾后曲,而各行2次清宫术,术中超声监测,无一例发生子宫穿孔。结论：超声引导下行宫腔内残留物清宫术,具有直观性,可连续观察宫腔内情况变化,克服了常规宫腔操作的盲目性,提高了手术的安全性和成功率。Objective：Discusses nearby the bed under the ultra voice transmission in the elimination palace cavity the residuum eliminate uterine cavity technique clinical value. Method： Nearby utilization bed under supersonic guidance to 59 examples palaces cavity in residuum eliminate uterine cavity technique result statistical survey. Result：59 examples under supersonic monitor guidance good eliminate uterine cavity technique, a 56 examples success, 1 example excessively is long and the adhesion because of the residuum time is unable quietly, altogether line of 3 eliminate uterine cavity, after 2 examples because the womb excessively hypsokinesis bends, but each line of two eliminate uterine cavity technique, in technique supersonic monitor, does not have an example to have the womb perforation. Conclusion： Under the supersonic guidance in the temporary palace cavity the residuum eliminate uterine cavity technique, has direct-viewing, may continuously observe in the palace cavity the changing situation, has overcome the conventional palace cavity operation blindness, enhanced the surgery security and the success ratio.
