血清CA19-9临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的评价血清CA19—9在疾病诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析417倒不同疾病患者的血清CA19-9结果（临界值37U／ml）。结果胰腺癌患者的血清CA19—9阳性率较其它肿瘤患者高（P〈0．01）。在一些严重的非肿瘤疾病如肝硬化，梗阻性黄疸患者中也有较高的阳性率。结论血清CA19—9水平对于胰腺癌等恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断有一定的临床应用价值，但应注意与肝硬化、梗阻性黄疸等非肿瘤疾病的鉴别诊断。Objective： To assess the diagnosis value of serum CA19-9 in disease. Methods： The results of serum CA19-9 of 417 patients were studied, Results： The positive rates of serum CA19-9 in patients with pancreas cancer are higher than that in patients with other carcinoma （ P 〈 0. 01）. In some serious non - carcinoma diseases, such as cirrhosis of liver and obstructive jaundicels, also had very high positive rate of serum CA19-9, （ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Serum CA19-9 level is helpful for the diagnosis of pancreas cancer. But attention should be paid to distinguishing them from cirrhosis and obstructive jaundicels.
