摘　　要：人力资源管理专业学生从入学到毕业的四年时间的教学生命流程,包含渗透社会需求的一系列节点模块设计。人力资源管理本科专业教学创新体系具有系统性、开放性以及市场化、规范化特征。通过将战略管理理念引入高校专业教学过程,将知识传授与能力培养融为一体,实现人才培养与市场需求的零距离对接,打造本专业毕业生的核心竞争力。This paper reviews the undergraduates of HRM major concerning the educational process from beginning till graduation, through a series of node module designs which permeate the social demand. The system of HRM teaching is of the unique features of creativity, openness, market and standardization. The system turns the strategic management into the university specialties, combining teaching and competence training, so as to cultivate students of efficient competitiveness.
