摘  要:由于电池的充电过程对其寿命影响最大,根据镍镉电池的特性,设计了以PIC16F73作为控制器的智能镍镉电池充电器。利用电池的电压和温度数据作为输入,设计了模糊控制器,采用模糊控制方法对电池进行充电以保证电池的充足率。利用PIC16F73的I2C接口进行组网,在PC机的监控下可以同时对40组矿灯电池进行充电。实践证明,该智能充电器智能化程度高,体积小,成本低,工作稳定可靠,具有较好的实用价值。For the charging of battery has the most effect on it's lifetime, taking the PIC16F73 as controller, the intelligent charger was designed, according to the characteristic of Ni/Ca battery. Using the battery voltage and temperature data as input, a fuzzy controller was designed to charge battery, the full capacity of battery was guaranteed. Furthermore, forty batteries could be charged once time under the monitoring of PC, using the I^2C interface of PIC16F73. Experiment results prove that the charger has an intelligent performance, works steadily, and has the excellent practical value.
