摘　　要：通过对精品课程评审标准体系的发展变化进行分析，并结合2004年广东医学院省级精品课程《生物化学》的建设实践，提出了当前精品课程评审中存在的问题，及对精品课程建设的一些意见。The-paper analyzes the development and changes of the evaluation criteria system of top-quality courses. By relating Guangdong Medical College, it to the construction of provincial-level quality course of Biochemistry in discusses problems existing in the evaluation of quality courses and provides some suggestions for the construction of top-quality courses.
