间接喉镜下Nd:YAG激光治疗舌扁桃体角化症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察间接喉镜下利用Nd:YAG激光治疗舌扁桃体角化症的疗效。方法:在间接喉镜下采用自制的弯形激光切割器切除舌扁桃体角化症120例。结果:随访6个月至1年,治愈率71%,显效率12.7%。有效率11.8%,无效率4.5%。结论:该手术操作简单,术中出血少,术后不易复发,病人痛苦小,是治疗舌扁桃体角化症的一种较为理想的手术方法,值得推广使用。Objectives：To study the therapeutic effects of indirect larynguscopie Nd：YAG laser operation in treatment of keratosis of lingual tonsils. Methods： 120 patients with keratosis of lingual tonsils were treated with Nd： YAG laser operation using a cutterbar modified from laryngeal polyp forceps ander indirect laryngoscope. Results： The cure rate was 71 percent, excellence rate 12.7 percent, effective rate 11.8 percent and ineffective rate 4.5 percent within 6 - month to 1 - year follow - up without recurrence. Conclusions： This technique was proved to be effective without recurrence, easy to conduct, with mild bleeding. The pain caused by the technique to patients was largely reduced compared with the traditional operation. The tecthnique was an ideal operative method and should be introduced to more doctors.
