摘　　要：利用Gauss和的定义、三角和估计、特征和的性质及其解析方法研究了Dirichlet L─函数倒数的二次加权均值分布,得到一个有趣的加权均值分布公式.In this article the second power weighted mean of Dirichlet L-functions and the asymptotic formula of a mean value are presented by using the definition of Gauss sum, the estimation of trigonometric sum, the property of character suns and the analytic methods.
