血浆D-二聚体水平对消化系统恶性肿瘤病情的评估

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆D-二聚体(D-Di)水平对消化系统恶性肿瘤患者病情评估的价值。方法通过对90例消化系统恶性肿瘤患者血浆中D-Di浓度和血清癌胚抗原(CEA)测定,根据患者血D-Di和CEA浓度变化与肿瘤不同分期之间的关系等进行分析,并选取50名健康人检测血D-Di浓度作为对照组。结果与对照组相比,恶性肿瘤组患者血浆D-Di浓度明显升高(P<0.01);在胃癌无转移、周围淋巴结转移、远处脏器转移三组患者之间,血CEA浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而三组患者的血D-Di浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结肠癌患者发生转移组与无转移组血CEA及D-Di相比,血CEA及D-Di浓度明显升高(P<0.01)。结论D-Di可作为消化系统恶性肿瘤患者病情评估的指标之一。Objective To study plasma D-dimer （D-Di） value in evaluating carcinoma state in digestive system. Methods The concentration of plasma D-Di and serum carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA） was determined in 90 cases with carcinoma of digestive system and 50 normal control The correlation was analysed between the concen- tration of blood D-Di or CEA and the state of the patients with carcinoma of digestive system. Results Compared with the control group, the concentration of plasma D-Di in the patients with carcinoma was higher significantly than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The concentration of serum CEA had no difference between patients with or without gastric cancer metastasis. But the concentration of plasma D-Di in patients with gastric cancer metastasis was higher than that in patients without gastric cancer metastasis（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The concentration of plasma D-Di and serum CEA in the patients with colonic carcinoma metastasis was higher than that in patients without colonic carcinoma metastasis （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion D-Di is one of index to evaluate the state of the patients with carcinoma of digestive system.
