两种脱敏剂防治全冠牙体预备后活髓基牙牙本质过敏的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨评价极固宁TM和氟保护剂对全冠活髓基牙预备后牙本质过敏症的防治效果。方法将120例(共266颗基牙)行冠桥固定修复的患者随机分为三组,极固宁TM组、氟保护剂组、75%NaF组(对照组),所有基牙采用暂时冠修复、氧化锌丁香油酚粘固剂粘固。7~10 d后试戴修复体时,观察治疗效果,并进行统计学分析。结果经三种药物处理过的基牙过敏症状均有明显改善,极固宁TM组(有效率95.51%)和氟保护剂组(有效率93.26%)的疗效明显优于对照组(有效率53.41%)(P<0.01),而极固宁TM组和氟保护剂组间则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论极固宁TM与氟保护剂可以有效的预防全冠活髓基牙预备后牙本质过敏症的发生。Objective To study and evaluate the effect of Green OrTM and Fluor Protector in preventing dentine hypersensitivity of prepared vital pulp abutment teeth. Methods 120 cases, 266 prepared vital pulp abutment teeth,were randomly divided into three groups：Experimental Groups treated with the Green OrTM and Fluor Protector, and Control Group treated with 75% NaF. Then the results were analyzed using statistics software. Resets The ef- fective rate were found significant difference between experimental Groups and the control group after 7 - 10 days （P 〈0.01 ）. But no significant difference was found between experimental Groups treated with the Green OrTM and Fluor Protector（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The Green OrTM and Fluor Protector is ideal in preventing dental hypersensitivity of prepared vital pulp abutment teeth.
