全冠修复后牙髓反应及其转归的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察活髓牙行全冠修复后牙髓的反应及其转归过程。方法:在光学、电子显微镜下观察全冠修复后不同时期牙髓组织的形态学和细胞学变化。结果:全冠修复后第1～7天牙髓处于损伤炎症期;第7～14天牙髓内增殖反应明显,炎症逐渐消退;第14～28天髓腔内有修复性牙本质形成,牙髓组织形态基本恢复正常。结论:正常全冠修复对牙髓的损伤相对轻微,后期牙髓可恢复正常。AIM ： To observe the reaction and healing of the pulp after full crown restoration. METHODS ： The changes of histological structure and ultra - structure of the pulp were observed through light microscope and transmission electron microscope on the different time after full crown restoration. RESULTS ： After full crown restoration, the pulp was in inflammatory period during the first 7days. From the 7th to 14th day, inflammaatory period faded and the proliferation of the pulp increased gradually. From the 14th to the 28th day, tertiary dentin deposition could be observed and the pulp tissue morphology generally recovered normal. CONCLUSION： Normal full crown restoration hurts pulp tissue slightly and the pulp can recover gradually.
