摘 要:目的应用富血小板血浆(PRP)、多孔牛骨无机材料(BPBM)和引导组织再生术(GTR)联合修复犬牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变,探讨其是否能增强GTR的疗效。方法人工构建Beagle犬下颌第一磨牙和第二、三前磨牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变模型,随机采用GTR/PRP/BPBM(实验组)或GTR(对照组)治疗,12周后经组织学观察牙周组织再生情况。结果GTR组的新生牙骨质长度和新生牙槽骨面积分别为(57.7±7.8)%和(30.8±7.4)%,GTR/PRP/BPBM组为(76.3±10.1)%和(59.9±13.1)%,两组比较差别无统计学意义。结论在本实验条件下,PRP复合BPBM不能明显增强GTR对Ⅱ度根分叉病变的再生作用。Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma(PRP), bovine porous bone mineral (BPBM)and guided tissue regeneration (GTR) used in combination,compared to GTR alone in the treatment of grade Ⅱ molar furcation defects in dogs. Methods Class Ⅱ periodontal furcation defects model in six adult Bealge dogs were created surgically and subsequently treated with either GTR alone or a combination of GTR/BPBM/PRP. The animals were sacrificed at 12 weeks postsurgery for histologic analysis. Results The percentage of new cementum length and new alveolar area in GTR and GTR/BPBM/PRP was 57. 7±7.8, 76.3±10. 1 and 30.8±7.4, 59.9±13.1, No statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups. Conclusion The results suggested that PRP/ BPBM added no benefit to GTR in the treatment of grade Ⅱ molar furcation defects.
