福建省北部地区儿童牙弓周长发育的测量

摘　　要：目的获取福建省北部地区政和县儿童牙弓周长的测量数据，研究当地儿童牙弓周长生长发育的规律和特点。方法选取福建省建瓯市政和县3～9岁儿童321名，采用电子数显游标卡尺及分规对其上下颌模型的牙弓周长进行测量，并对数据进行统计学分析。结果牙弓周长表现出一定的性别差异。除下颌第一恒磨牙间牙弓周长之外，其他各段牙弓周长均在7～9岁组出现显著增长。结论7～9岁是牙弓周长显著增长的年龄段，其原因可能与恒切牙的萌出有关。Objective To determinate the dental arch perimeter of the children in Zhenghe, FuJian, to know the development regularity and characteristic of the growth of the tooth. Methods 321 children who are between 3 and 9 years old enrolled in Zhenghe, Jian＇ou, Fujian. To measured the arch perimeter of dental model using calipers with digital. Results Some sexual difference of the arch perimeter in 5-7 years old between mandibular permanent first molars was found. There is significant increase between the arch perimeter of 7-9 years old due to the eruption of incisors. Conclusion The arch perimeter significantly increase in the period of 7-9 years old. The changes is perhaps due to the eruption of incisors.
