摘  要:目的:探讨轴突生长抑制因子OMgP在急性脊髓损伤中的意义。方法:建立脊髓全横断损伤模型,采用组织学和免疫组织化学技术,检测35只在不同时期脊髓损伤大鼠脊髓损伤区OMgP的变化。结果:损伤组脊髓损伤后第1天灰质内出现片状出血、中央区碎裂,轴突断裂及脱髓鞘改变;第3天神经元肿胀,逐渐形成空洞,胶质细胞减少;1周残存神经元减少,胶质细胞增生;3周脊髓损伤区出现囊腔样变。免疫荧光组织化学显示脊髓损伤后1天即可见到髓鞘中OMgP的表达,3天后达到高峰,到3周后逐渐恢复到对照组水平。结论:OMgP可能在脊髓损伤中扮演着重要作用。Objective: To assess the significance of axonal growth inhibitor oligodendrocyte--myelin glycoprotein (OMgp) in acute spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods: Thirty--five rats were made into SCI model of complete transaction and immunohistoehemistry staining was used to detect OMgp at different stages in model rats. Results: One clay after the injury, there was splinter hemorrhage, crushing of central zone, axonotmesis and demyelinate in grey matter. Three clays later, there was neuron swelling and gradual cavity formation with decreased colloid cells. One week after the injury, the survived neurons decreased with colloid cells proliferation. Three weeks later, there was capsular space--like changes in the injuried area. Immunohistoehemistry staining showed that OMpg expressed in medullary sheath one day after the injury. The expression reached the peak three clays later and went back to the level as in the control group in three weeks. Conclusion: OMpg might play a key role in spinal cord injury.
