摘 要:目的:研究健骨生丸治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的机理。方法:采用去势大鼠骨质疏松模型和二腿大鼠股骨头缺血性坏死模型,分别进行了骨密度、骨计量学、股骨头脂肪沉积、股骨头毛细血管分布和相关生化指标测试等试验研究。结果:健骨生丸能增加模型大鼠的骨密度(MBD)、骨小梁单位体积(TBV)、骨小梁宽度(MTPT)、骨皮质单位体积(CBV);可明显提高模型大鼠股骨头骨矿化沉积速率(MAR)、类骨质缝宽(MOSW),降低股骨头脂肪沉积和丰富股骨头毛细血管分布;骨相关生化测试显示碱性磷酸酶(ALP)增高、酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)下降。结论:健骨生丸可明显促进骨生长,增加骨密度,恢复骨质血运,抑制骨坏死的发生、继续和发展过程,有加速坏死骨修复的功能,且无任何毒副作用。Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Jiangusheng Pills (JGSP) in treating avascular necrosis of femoral head (ANFD) in rats. Methods: The osteoporosis model was made by male unsex rats and ANFD model was made by bipedal rats. The following indexes were observed: bone mineral density (BMD), bone metrology, fatty deposition in femoral head, blood capillary distrubution and other related biochemical indicators. Results:JGSP could significantly increase the model rats' BMD, trabecula bone volume (TBV), trabecula bone width (TBW) and cortical bone volume (CBV). It could also remarkably elevate bone mineralization apposition rate (MAR) and mean osteoid seam width (MOSW), decrease fatty deposition and enrich blood capillary distribution in femoral head. The level of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) after the treatment was increased while tartrate -- resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) decreased. Conclusion: JGSP can improve bone development, increase BMD, restore blood flow, inhibit the genesis and development of necrosis and promote recovery without any side effect.
