氟康唑联合两性霉素B滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨氟康唑联合两性霉素B滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床疗效。方法回顾分析27例(27只眼)真菌性角膜溃疡患者采用氟康唑联合两性霉素B滴眼液进行治疗的临床资料。结果27例患者中,治愈24例,好转2例,无效1例,治愈率88.9%,总有效率96.3%。结论氟康唑联合两性霉素B滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜溃疡效果明显,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect to fungal corneal ulcer with fluconazole and amphotericin B. Methods The clinical data of 27 cases with fungal corneal ulcer who were treate with fluconazole and amphotericin B were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 27 cases,24 cases were healed completely. 2 cases recoveryed partly and 1 cases was not continued. The recoveryed rate was 88.9% and the total effective rate was 96.3%. Condusion The therapeutic effect of fluconazole and amphotericin B on fungal corneal alcer is signitieant,and it is worth popularizing.
