摘　　要：艺术表达的自由是当代艺术发展的重要条件。本文从分析"艺术表达自由"的涵义出发,探讨艺术表达自由的价值,分析艺术表达自由与国家公权力的关系。通过观察当代中国艺术表达自由的现状,提出对艺术表达自由进行法律保护的可能路径。The freedom of artistic expression is a very important fact for the development of art in the present age.Begin with analyzing the meaning of the freedom of artistic expression,this article studies the value of this kind of freedom and the relationship between the freedom of artistic expression and the national authority.We raise the possible legal approach for protecting the freedom of article expression through observing the current situation in China.
