胶囊内镜检查后上消化道大出血1例报道

摘　　要：46岁男性患者接受胶囊内镜检查后发生上消化道大出血,胃镜检查提示贲门黏膜撕裂,给予抗休克和三腔双囊管压迫等治疗措施后出血停止。胶囊内镜在胃内滞留诱发患者呕吐,剧烈的呕吐导致贲门黏膜撕裂引发上消化道大出血。因此对于胶囊内镜滞留胃内的患者要警惕出血的可能。A-46-year-old man developed gross upper GI bleeding after swallowed capsule endoscopy. The emergency gastroscope exami- nation discovered Mallory-Weiss tear. Bleeding ceased after management of antishock and sengstaken-Blakemore tube tamponade. Vomiting happend in this patient because of stagnation of capsule endoscopy in stomach. The severe vomiting resulted in gross upper GI bleeding be- cause of Mallory-Weiss tear. Therefore, there has risk of upper GI bleeding for patients who taken place stagnation of capsule endoscopy in stomach.
