摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌组织中DNA依赖蛋白激酶(DNA-PK)的催化亚单位DNA-PKcs的表达变化与雌激素受体(ER)及癌基因c-erbB-2的表达是否具有相关性.方法采用免疫组化SP法检测120例乳腺癌组织中DNA-PKcs的表达情况,同时检测这些组织中的ER及癌基因c-erbB-2的表达.结果DNA-PKcs的表达在ER阳性组明显高于ER阴性组,在c-erbB-2阳性组的表达明显低于c-erbB-2阴性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论DNA-PKcs在乳腺癌组织中的表达与雌激素受体(ER)及癌基因c-erbB-2的表达具有密切相关性,研究与乳腺癌的预后有一定相关性.Objective To explore the expression of DNA-PKcs （a subunit of DNA dependent protein kinase） and estrogen receptors （ER） , c - erbB - 2 gene in breast cancer and their reciprocal relation swip. Methods By using immunohistochemical SP method, the expression of DNA-PKcs was examined in 120 cases of breast cancer tissues. Simultaneously, the expression of ER and c -erbB -2 in the same tissues was detected. Results The expression levels of DNA-PKcs in ER positive group was higher than that in negative group, while in c- erbB- 2 positive group it was lower than in negative group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The expression of DNA-PKcs is closely correlated with ER and c -erbB -2. DNA-PKcs is correlated with prognosis of breast cancer.
