摘 要:目的探讨近视眼黄斑区视网膜厚度的特点。方法122例除视盘旁近视弧外无其他眼部异常的近视患者,等效球镜度数-1.50^-15.25D(-6.18±2.61)D,每例随机选取1眼受检。所有受检眼行屈光检查和眼轴长度测定。将黄斑区分为9个区域,测定各区域视网膜厚度后,进行相关因素分析。结果受检者黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度与年龄及眼轴长度均不相关。旁中心各区域视网膜厚度与年龄不相关,与眼轴长度呈负相关,鼻侧内圈除外;随眼轴增长,外圈视网膜厚度较内圈变薄明显。结论随着近视眼眼轴长度增加,除黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度无变化外,旁中心视网膜厚度呈变薄趋势,且外圈变薄较内圈明显。Objective The study on relationship of retinal thickness and axial length in myopia presents the controversy results recently. This study was to investigate the retina thickness of macula in myopic eyes without pathological change in the posterior pole. Methods A total of 122 myopic subjects without other ocular abnormality, apart from peripapillary changes associated with myopia,were included in present study. All subjects aged from 17 to 50 years old (27.3 ± 7.2 )years. The spherical equivalent ranged from - 1.50 D to - 15.25 D( -6. 18±2.61 D). The refraction status was examined with automatic refractometer and the axial length was measured using Alcon Uhrascan in the lateral eye from each subject, The retina thickness of macula was measured with optic coherence tomography(OCT). The retina thickness of macular various areas, including fovea, temporal-inner, superior-inner, nasal-inner, inferior-inner, temporal-outer, superior-outer, nasal-outer and inferior-outer was measured. The correlation between the macular retina thickness and the age and the axial length were analyzed, respectively. Results The mean minimum retinal thickness at the fovea was ( 142.84 ± 16. 23 )μm. No significant relationship between the fovea retinal thickness and age or axial length was found, respectively( P 〉 0. 05 ). There was no statistically significant correlation between parafovea retina thickness and age( P 〉 0. 05 ), The retina seemed to be thicker at the inner part than the outer part( P 〈 0.05). The parafovea retina thickness decreased with the increase of axial length, except the nasal inner part. The outer retina thickness decreased more prominently than the inner part as the axial length increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The results suggest that the changes of the macular retina thickness may play a role in macula retinopathy of high myopic eyes
