摘  要:目的:研究使用聚合后加压热处理的方法提高纯钛与两种瓷聚合体粘结强度的可行性,并观察对粘结界面老化性能的影响.方法:制作纯钛铸件64个,SiC水砂纸打磨,60#氧化铝喷砂,40mL/LHF酸蚀处理表面后分为2组,制做钛-Solidex聚合瓷(Ti-Solidex)组和钛-Artglass聚合瓷(Ti-Art-glass)组粘结试件,各组中随机取出一半试件进行聚合后加压热处理,比较处理前后试件剪切粘结强度和表面显微硬度的差异.并通过冷热循环实验进行模拟老化处理,观察各组剪切粘结强度的变化.结果:聚合后加压热处理使Ti-Artglass组试件的剪切粘结强度由(25.69±1.67)MPa增加到(28.12±1.24)MPa,Ti-Solidex组试件的剪切粘结强度由(18.94±1.98)MPa增加到(23.02±1.94)MPa,均有统计学差异(P<0.05).同时,聚合后加压热处理也显著提高了树脂的表面显微硬度(P<0.05).但水老化处理后各组试件的剪切粘结强度均显著降低(P<0.05).结论:聚合后加压热处理可以显著提高钛-瓷聚合体的剪切粘结强度和树脂的表面显微硬度,但对其耐老化性能没有明显改善.AIM: To investigate the effects of post cure heat treatment (PCHT) on the bond strength of Artglass and Solidex composites to cast titanium and on their durability of bonding. METHODS: Sixty-four disk-shaped cast titanium specimens (Ф10 mm× 3 mm) were sandblasted with 250 μm Al2O3 particles and were etched with 40 mL/L HF acid-etching agent. Then they were divided into 2 groups (n = 32). Artglass resins were applied to the primed metal surface of one group (Ti-Artglass) and Solidex resins were applied to the specimens of the other group (TiSolidex) according to the manufacture's directions respectively. After light-polymerized, half of specimens in both groups ( n = 8 ) were subjected to PCHT in water at 120℃ with 6 bar hydraulic pressure for 3 min. Shear bond strengths (SBS) and micro-hardness were determined. Aging experiment was also performed. RESULTS: By PCHT, the SBS of Ti-Artglass increased from (25.69 ±1.67) MPa to (28.12± 1.24) MPa, and that of TiSolidex increased from (18.94 ± 1.98) MPa to (23.02 ±1.94) MPa, with significant difference in both groups ( P 〈 0.05). The micro-hardness of resins were increased significantly also after PCHT ( P 〈 0.05 ). But the SBS of the composites in both groups decreased significantly after water storage and thermocycling treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION: PCHT significantly improves the bond strength of Artglass composite and Solidex composite to cast titanium and their surface micro-hardness, but their durability of bonding can't be improved by PCHT.
