摘　　要：概述了平滑树脂基板上的金属化工艺,可以在具有优良性能的液晶聚合物和环烯聚合物上应用紫外光表面改质处理形成良好导电性的导体层,可以制造适应高速传递或者高频用途的平滑电路。This paper describes the metallization process on smooth resin substrate,can form good conductive conductor layer on excellent electronic property liquid crystal polymer and cycloolefin polymer by UV surface modification treatment,can manufacture smooth circuit for high rate transmission and high frequency application.
