摘 要:目的了解浙江湖州解放军第98医院自临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii)中ADC型AmpC β-内酰胺酶基因(blaADC)存在状况。方法收集2000年7月-2002年12月所分离到的60株鲍曼不动杆菌,采用聚合酶链反应及序列分析的方法分析blaADC基因。结果60株中有59株blaADC基因呈阳性(98.3%),序列分析表明4号菌株(原始编号HZB3944)blaADC基因为-新亚型,其核酸序列已登录GenBank(注册号EF569589)。结论鲍曼不动杆菌中blaADC基因阳性率很高,产ADC型AmpC β-内酰胺酶是本组菌株对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药的重要原因之一。Objective To investigate the ADC type AmpC beta-lactamase gene (blaADc) in Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from the 98th Hospital of PLA, Huzhou District, Zhejiang province, China. Methods Sixty strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were isolated from hospitalized patients between July, 2000 and Dec. 2002. The blaADc gene were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and verificated by DNA sequencing. Results The positive rate of blaADc gene was 98.3% (59/60). The blaADc gene in No. 4 strain (its original serial number was HZB3944) was sequenced and determined to be a novel subtype (GenBank ACCESSION: EF569589). Conclusion There was very high positive percentages of blaADC gene in Acinetobacter baumannii, and producing ADC type AmpC beta-lactamase was the important cause of resistant to β-lactams antibiotic.
