摘  要:目的评估聚酸改性复合树脂与传统的玻璃离子水门汀和聚羧酸锌水门汀共3种材料在不同pH值溶液中的溶解性,探讨溶液pH值的不同对材料溶解性的影响。方法将玻璃离子水门汀、聚羧酸锌水门汀和聚酸改性复合树脂样品分别置于2种浸泡液(乳酸pH4.0和蒸馏水pH7.0)中7d,Paffenbarger重量法测定各组前后重量改变。结果浸泡7d后,3种材料在乳酸中的溶解率均高于在蒸馏水中的溶解率,聚酸改性复合树脂的溶解率明显小于其它两种水门汀(P<0.05)。结论聚酸改性复合树脂在乳酸和水中的溶解率较玻璃离子和聚羧酸锌水门汀小、稳定性好,是口腔修复黏结的良好选择。Objective To compare the solubility of polyacid-modified resin composite, glass-ionomer and zinc polycarboxylate luting cement in the different pH value solutions. To determine whether pH value of the solution had any influence on the solubility behavior of the materials. Methods Three types of materials ( DMG PermaCem (r)-Dual compomer,Shofu glass-ionomer cement, DENSPLY zinc polycarboxylate cement)were soaked into the two types of media ( pH 7.0 distilled water and pH 4. 0 lactic acid solution) for seven days. Then the solubility of the three types of materials were caculated by Paffenbarger's weight test. Results The three types of materials were more soluble in lactic acid solution than in distilled water. Polyacid-modified resin composite were markedly less soluble than the others (P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion Polyacid-modified resin composite has low solubility and it is a excellent choice for adhesive.
