摘　　要：大学毕业生是我国人力资源和人力资本的重要组成部分，是全面实施科教兴国战略的重要基础力量。如何使毕业生在就业工作中做到人尽其才，才尽其用，从学校的角度充分解决学生的就业问题，已成为各高校竞相探索的焦点。本文着重探讨一种高校的全员就业机制，就该机制的构成要素及其职责和运作方式进行重点剖析。College and university graduates are important components of human resources, and also important foundation for the full implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. How can graduates be employed and fully used ？ Solving the employment issue has become the focus of colleges and universities. A full employment mechanism and its constituents ,obligations and models of operation have been analyzed in this article.
