摘　　要：在外部环境发生了巨大变革,工人阶级内部日益分层化、多元化、复杂化的情况下,工人的思想政治教育工作呈现出严重滞后的状况。互联网的运用,开创了工人思想政治教育的新形式。我们要加强工人思想政治教育工作,就要充分发挥互联网的独特优势,建立企业专门的思想政治教育网站;加强网络企业文化建设;构建企业、社区、家庭全方位工人网络思想政治教育保障体系;加强工人网络思想政治教育队伍建设。To strengthen ideological and political education among corporate workers in cyber environment, we should make full use of internet, set up special websites conducting ideological and political education among corporate workers, develop corporate culture, set up an omnibearing security system, including corporates, communities and families, to coduct ideological and political education among corporate workers and make great efforts to build a contingent of workers engaging in internet education.
