摘　　要：对华人家族企业公司治理的文献进行了梳理和评述,给出了华人家族企业的定义,指出,要建立介于传统家族企业治理结构与现代企业治理结构之间的现代家族企业治理结构,克服华人家族企业的"三代消亡律"。Reviewing and sorting out the literature of corporate governance in Chinese family firm, the essay gave the definition of the Chinese family firm, pointed out that it is necessary to establish a new corporate governance structure between traditional family firm governance structure and the modem corporate governance structure, to overcome the ＂three generations extinction law＂ of Chinese family firm.
