摘　　要：信用证领域的国际惯例——跟单信用证统一惯例,是指导信用证业务操作实践的一套国际规则,自首次生效以来已先后进行了六次修订,新的UCP600已于2007年7月1日生效。通过对旧的UCP500与新的UCP600条款比较,从结构、内容和措词等方面阐述UCP600的新变化。Tbe Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits （UCP） are a set of international rules governing letter of credit practice. Since their first promulgation in 1933, the rules have been revised six times. The new rules have taken effect on Jul. 1, 2007. This article aims to elaborate on the differences between UCPS00 and UCP600 in terms of their structure, content and language style.
